Arthur P. Couture, senior managing partner:
As a senior managing partner in ICAL Systems Mr. Couture is co-director of business operations.
His responsibilities include strategic direction, marketing plans, and our financial success.
Mr. Couture is responsible for customer satisfaction on all projects under his direction, the
general management, and administration for ICAL.
His trade specialties include business systems analysis, interface design and systems architecture.
He is a seasoned programmer with experience in numerous languages, data structures and operating
environments. His background also includes network topologies and hardware configuration.

Prior to ICAL Systems, Mr. Couture was employed by several firms in software engineering,
systems analysis, sales support technology, project management and business systems development.
He was also the principal developer for one of Digital Equipment Corporation's first Executive
Information Systems.
Mr. Couture is a founder and investor in ICAL Systems.
