Thomas J. Rupprecht, senior managing partner:
Mr. Rupprecht is a co-founder of ICAL Systems. His role at ICAL as a senior managing partner allows
him to combine his technical experience with business knowledge gained in numerous industries.
He enjoys working directly with clients and takes pride in ICAL's continuing relationship with its
customer base.
Mr. Rupprecht's responsibilities include business development, technical design and implementation,
customer support and purchasing.

Previous to ICAL, Mr. Rupprecht held a variety of positions in Purchasing, Accounts Payable, MIS and
engineering at several firms including Kurzweil Music Systems, Emery Air Freight and Computervision
Corporation. He developed specialties in multi-platform applications and systems administration.
As part of Computervision's Networks and Data Management Division, he helped engineer and support
their flagship data management product, EDMVault. Mr. Rupprecht's successful customer product support
yielded awards and letters of commendation for himself and Computervision from companies like Fiat and
General Dynamics.
Mr. Rupprecht continues with his emphasis on customer satisfaction. His dedication to this priciple
keeps customers coming back to ICAL.
