our projects. If anything, it is easier for our organization to deliver on engineering customers'
expectations than it is the general public.
It is much easier to design, develop or test to specification than it is to develop vague or
evolutionary ideas from a non-technical community.

ICAL is called upon to perform engineering design functions, development and even quality
assurance testing. Unlike our applications development business, the customer often has in-house
engineering capabilities, but has insufficient staff or a tight deadline.
Every developer at ICAL is required to unit test their code, while another teammate performs
