What do we do?
The simple answer is that we make systems work better for business. We solve the technology problems businesses encounter.
This may require software, training, networks or new computers. Our job is to figure it out and make it work.
not a simple question
The answer to this question should be simple, but the full answer isn't that simple. Our work is often complicated.
we solve complex problems
To solve these problems, we develop and install software, install computer hardware, design networks, and plan hosted solutions. We even recruit other companies to fill in missing pieces.
we integrate systems
We build systems from scratch for some clients, perform administrative tasks for others, but we mainly integrate systems.
change leaves gaps in systems
As companies change, they often outgrow some the systems they use. When they change pieces of their technology other pieces may stop working or fail to work with the new technology.
Clients often purchase a solution because it does 'most' of what they need. Many vendors don't have the capability to adapt their solutions to what clients actually need.
we bridge system gaps
When change causes systems to break, or incomplete solutions leave gaps in a company's information stream, ICAL connects the pieces. If you are experiencing these problems, (contact us).
